A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...

"Fabulous stay, location is fantastic! Hotel is beautiful and room was spotless. For us the only thing that could be improved would be to have a kettle and a small fridge in the room so we could enjoy a drink on the beautiful balcony. "This hotel is a true gem. If you are thinking about booking it - do it!!! We originally booked only 2 nights but extended our stay 2 more nights because we loved it so much. Can't even name all the convenient features, like the little essential oil on the night stand for better sleep, the complimentary "Zirben" Water, the integrated radio in the bathroom, the list goes on. Best of all was their service. Anna and Susie take care of you all day long. The breakfast offered it truly out of this...
