"This is my second time staying at Hyatt .. I enjoyed the different varieties for breakfast but it closed off too early…room is clean got room service everyday…free parking… the entire staff was very welcoming . Friendly and polite… I would definitely recommend this place to anyone…I will definitely book again soon…."

"I understand check in time is 3 pm. I was early and was told at 2pm that my room was not available yet. I had to wait to 3:38 for my room to be cleaned and ready for occupancy. The hotel was only at 25% capacity for the night. I watched other guests check in and given their keys. But had to wait almost 40 over the check in time and was not offered an alternate room or even water just a seat in the lobby. For the hour and 40 mins wait. In addition; The bed was lumpy and the unit under the window blew cold air on me all night even after the temp was adjusted. "

"First off, I appeciate the amentities as they add something extra to your stay. The 24 hour coffee machine, hot water or flat/sparkling water are a nice touch. The pool is nicely updated, but a little bit cooler especially in the evening (I only note this as it does affect if the kids will go in and for how long). The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The first concierge we dealt with at check in was really thoughtful and went out of his way to make the kids' stay special. The rooms overall are clean and updated, of course the one time we needed a microwave there was none (but you have access to one in the foyer). The only issues we encountered was our air conditioner/heater would make an extremely loud sound when it kicked on that almost sounded like a car crashed outside the room, which woke everyone up shortly after midnight. The second is that there were some little animals that were scurrying around in the ceiling both in the evening and in the morning (there was no evidence of any in our room though). I know this is hard to control especially with cooler weather and when I just mentioned it casually at the front at check out the concierge nervously laughed and didn’t say anything else. We have stayed here previously though and did not have this issue."
