"I have no idea why this hotel is rated so high on Expedia! It was like going back to the 1990s! Nothing had been updated and they’re still using the tiny shampoo bottles. The staff was extremely hard to communicate with because of their thick accent and they would act like it was your fault that you didn’t understand them. The pull out mattress was from the 1990s too. IT WAS SO BAD!!! See attached photos for proof. The shuttle van that picked us up from the airport had no a/c in the back. And in the heat of summer in Dallas, it was terrible!"

"Terrible experience. Stay away from this property. If there's a Zero star, I woul have used it. No office, just a small.window to deal with the only person on the premises. Refused to give me a second floor room while most rooms were empty, insects and roaches inside the room, dirty towels, dirty bed sheets, broken, hawks in the bathroom, broken shower drain, no iron or table. The worst part that Expedia said I can't get.refund for the second night that I was planning not to use"
