"Reservations were not honored as originally scheduled upon arrival. Room's bath room had leftover hair left on towel hooks and toothpaste spit on sink faucets. The entire lobby area stinks. I was provided with two coffee cards at check-in; did not know I was eligible for more cards until the last day of stay, when the weekend barista told me I didn't need to pay for the coffee if I was a guest."
