" In terms of the overall atmosphere, it’s very pleasant; the place is renovated and looks great. However, there are parts that still haven’t been renovated and are quite shocking, like the spa — Isrotel charges for the hotel’s spa, and it’s terrible; the appearance and overall condition are really not good. The food also needs improvement, especially the desserts, where there is clearly no investment at all — neither at breakfast nor at dinner."

"The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The rooms have been updated since our last visit, are tastefully done and comfortable. The food was tasty, with a nice variety and all of the offerings were constantly refilled. The location is perfect -- it is in easy walking distance to the main promenade, the marina and to downtown. Great amenities such as free parking and wi-fi, a nice work-out facility, entertainment at night and drinks and cake/cookies in the lobby in the afternoons. I cannot recommend the Ceasar highly enough."

"Room is tired, service is terrible. The flush in the bathroom would not work so had to bring the maintenance man to “fix “ this happened the whole duration of our stay, they wouldn’t change us room when they told us they would . Calling room service when you only speak English starts with everyone just closing the phone on you . They don’t have the facility for an iron , after requesting one for over 2 hours being told that they will bring me one I find out that you need to go down two floors and use a communial iron . This is the service for $400 a night . So disappointing "
