Decent hotel in Icheon, good for a stopover with heaps of restaurants just across the road. I like how they had a Samsung clothes refresh thing in the room. Staff were helpful and kind. However, the sink is too small and wall sockets not particularly placed conveniently. Area around the hotel a bit dirty and not much to do there.

A guy in front desk is unkind. Have to make phone call every single time give them a notice I came back to hotel and if I forget to tell them they charge like $5 for 10 min for parking. And can’t leave more than 3 times a day. It’s ok if you’re not bringing your vehicle. But if you are, there’s very limited spots for parking and very tight. Toilet doesn’t flush waters and bidet doesn’t work as well. Shower doesn’t have shield so waters spattered all over during shower. Plus, very tiny. I won’t recommend this place to anyone else. I’d rather go regular motel. That’ll be 10 times better.

지도 길찾기에 잘 안 나오는데요 이천 Sk 하이닉스 바로 앞 길에 위치해서 Sk 하이닉스 정문 앞에서 바로 건너편으로 운전해 가시면 됩니다 아침 부페가 깔끔하고 밥도 이천쌀인지 맛나요 , 방은 크지는 않지만 깔끔합니다 부페는 선택에 넣으시길 추천합니다 , 주차는 무료여서 차가지고 가셔도 좋구요 테르메덴 차로 25분 거리에요 , 근처 다니기 중심부에 있어 좋아요 그리고 저 체크인 해주신 리셉션 직원분 ! 어머님이 너무 스마트하고 서비스 좋으시다고 특급호텔 서비스라고 칭찬 하셨어요

직원도 친절하고 룸 컨디션도 좋았습니다. 객실마다 스타일러가 있어서 아주 만족스러웠어요. 조식은 그냥 평범한 호텔 조식이어서 아침을 꼭 먹어야 하는 사람이 아니라면 신청하지 않아도 괜찮을것같고 한가지 아쉬운점은 제가 묵은 방이 스탠다드 였던것같은데, 샤워부스에 문이 따로 없어서 부스 밖으로 다 튈 생각 하고 샤워하셔야돼요. 화장실용 슬리퍼도 없어서 샤워하려면 주의가 필요할듯합니다. 그 외에는 가격부터 룸 컨디션, 주변 상권까지 너무 적절하고 좋았던 점 뿐이라 재방문 의향 있습니다:)

전체적으로 만족하나 화장실 이용에 불편함이 있었어요. 샤워대 기둥이 고정이 안되어 있어서 앞으로 쓰러져 하마터면 다칠 뻔 했어요. 또한 샤워 도중 계속해서 변기 물이 자동으로 내려져서 샤워물이 갑자기 뜨거워지는 현상이 계속 일어났어요. 이거 빼곤 만족 했습니다. 재방문 의사 있어요.

솔직한 후기를 남깁니다.

일단 이천시에 숙박할만한 호텔이 많이 없고, 주변 인프라가 나름 괜찮아서 선택했음. 장단점이 명확함. 1. 장점 : 주변 인프라(편의점, 올리브영, 식당 등)가 좋음. : 스타일러가 있음. : 객실 자체는 깨끗하고 깔끔함. 2. 단점 : 화장실 하수구 냄새가 상당히 강함. : 화장실 하수구 냄새가 강해서 문을 닫아도 냄새가 남. : 주차장 칸이 매우 좁음. : 내가 이용한 객실의 뷰는 없음(옆건물 바로 붙음).

이천에 머무를 일이 있어 들렀는데 아주 깔끔하고 조용합니다. 주변에 음식점, 카페, 치킨집 등이 있어서 나가 먹기에도 좋고 배달도 좋았어요 배달은 로비로 받으러 내려가시면 됩니다. 욕실이며 침구 매우 깔끔해요 하이닉스 바로 앞이예요

침대가 좋아요. 이불도 좋고. 대체로 방과방사이 소음없어요. 레지던트 호텔이네요 주차장이 상가하고 같이사용해서 공간 부족함 발생함 조식 괜찮네요

- 하이닉스 근처라서 호텔 및 주변 분위기가 모두 어수선 - 장기 투숙객이 상당수 있는 듯 - 1층, 2층을 상업시설로 활용하는 건물 - 주차는 여러가지로 최악 - 주/야간 주차는 물론이고 심지어 투숙객이 승하차를 위해 잠시 정차할 공간조차 없음 (어쩔 수없이 B2 장애인 주차칸에 비상등 켜고 승하차) - 다만, 샤워부스 문이 없어서 물이 욕실 사방으로 튀는 건 불가피
