Don't miss out on this delightful private retreat in majestic Idyllwild. An open floor plan flows in and out of the house onto a huge outdoor deck, allowing easy family and guest entertainment. Upon entry, you will find the primary living area complete with an antique wood-burning stove and inviting treetop views. Just around the corner is the kitchen featuring newer stainless steel appliances. You will also find a staircase leading up to a cozy loft with a queen-sized bed and a small TV. Please note the loft (3rd bedroom) has open access from the living space; perfect sleep area for teens/ older children. Below the home's main level is the bedroom level, allowing for exclusivity when hosting guests. The bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Both bedrooms feature pine ceilings and windows to bring in natural light. The home's exterior has an enormous wraparound balcony directly accessed off of the main level. This spacious outdoor area features views of the neighborhood trees and scenery, promoting relaxation and calm.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:
-Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
-This vacation rental has mini split air conditioning units in each bedroom and living room.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations Allowed for November, December, and January

-Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

-Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

-Parking: .Free parking is available for 3 vehicles, and an electric charging station is available for guest use: Nema 14-50 high power socket, which can be used with the correct Tesla adapter. Preferred charging hours: Midnight-4 pm

-County permit number: 001698

-Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

-Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2, We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21. Those under 25 will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival.

-Seasonal wood delivery: There is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces) if available. Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

-Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
