"Clean room, excellent breakfast on the weekends. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Love the fireplace in the room. We stayed on third (top) floor so no noise from anyone above us. Would stay there again."

"Absolute stunner of a find. I thought I was checking into a hotel and it was a full on resort with so many options. Pool, sports areas, meditation walk, cafe, church, restaurant, extras to purchase at the lobby—and I didn’t get a room but to my surprise a full on cabin with front deck and pet friendly. I told EVERYONE I knew about what a jaw dropping find this was. I can’t wait to return. Seems they often book groups, retreats, and weddings with entire areas dedicated to lodging larger parties. Absolutely awesome. You can drive to town, or I did walk there (the uphill return is exercise haha)"

"Secluded spot but just minutes from town. Views were spectacular of Tahquitz Peak. Main room great, kitchen had everything you would need. And the deck was spectacular. Wraps around the whole front of the building. Totally fenced in so no need to worry about your dog wondering around. Lots of stairs though. Okay for us but our Bulldog had problems. Also older people with health issues might find it difficult. The Nature Center is left on 243 maybe a mile away. Wonderful hikes and lots of info in the Nature Center building. We love Idyllwild. Been coming for over 40 years. "

"We loved this property! We try to spend Thanksgiving in Idlewild every year so if this property is available, we are definitely going to try to grab it again!! Perfect set up, loved the cozy set up,the great fireplace and the rooms were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back!"
