The staff helped us store our baggage before check in and figure out how to get the baggage to the train station. We were provided a variety of complimentary gifts, and a map of the surrounding area. "We were staying in annex Japanese Western room with river view, room is very spacious and comfortable. We were enjoying the buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) with lots of varieties of foods and drinks (included alcohol at dinner time only), also enjoying lounge with free drinks after dinner. Staff are very helpful and friendly, we would definitely stay at the same hotel again."
