Very welcoming.multi-lingual staff added to the quality of this modern business hotel which has amazing views down the valley. Good selection of items at breakfast and spacious, clean bedroom. Parking (small fee) available at the hotel.

Beautiful room and view from the balcony!! The room was very clean and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast each morning was delicious and we loved that it was included in the cost! The hotel is very close to the train station which was perfect for us and as close to town. There was some construction going on during our stay, but it had nothing to do with the hotel. We had a wonderful stay!

Great views but not a very warm welcome

Room on the 8th floor had a great view. Furnishing were fine if a little austere in the room but public areas are very comfortable. Reception on check in was okay but not particularly helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was served with no pleasantries and the 10% tip was not acknowledged. Breakfast was limited in choice and the coffee and juice were really poor quality. Bacon and scrambled eggs were cold despite arriving shortly after the beginning of service. A flat white coffee would it was advised be charged as extra. Not a great experience and would not stay again or recommend to others

Der Empfang war freundlich. Was mich erstaunte: Aussenparkplatz war gratis, aufladen E-Auto nur in der Tiefgarage (Platz und auflade gebühr Fr. 40.00 Pauschal) teuer! Schönes Restaurant, Korridor zum Zimmer hätte eine Auffrischung notwendig. Die Zimmer müssten mit etwas hochwertigeren Möbel eingerichtet werden. Das Bett war viel zu weich, schlecht geschlafen. Hingegen das Badzimmer neu renoviert, hell und freundlich.

Zimmer, Personal, Frühstück, Abendessen - alles Top. Einzig die Parkplätze erscheinen mir etwas knapp - wir haben aber immer einen bekommen. Am Bahnhof gegenüber wird gebaut - morgens musste man das Fenster zumachen um seine Ruhe zu haben. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Nachts war absolute Ruhe.

Chambre et salle d'eau confortable, quoi que les matelas étaient un peu mous à notre goût Parking pour la moto à l'extérieur à 7€... soit comme pour une voiture (15€ parking couvert) Buffet pour le petit déjeuner à volonté mais un peu restreint en choix Oeufs à faire cuire dans une casserole d'eau bouillante mais sans timer ni indications de durée (coque, molet, dur...)

Ein tolles Hotel. Direkt am Bahnhof aber davon haben wir Nix gehört. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und hatte eine tolle Auswahl. Wir würden es nochmal buchen.

Die Dame am Empfang weigerte sich mir den Zimmerschlüssel auszuhändigen mit der Begründung dass check-in um 15h sei und nicht um 14.15h. Da ich mit dem bike unterwegs war und müde bat ich sie zu checken ob das Zimmer bereits gereinigt sei. Sie hielt mir daraufhin einen Vortrag dass es den Ablauf stören würde und sie dann allen Gästen einen früheren Check in erlauben müsste und das nicht ginge. Auf meinen Vorschlag hin doch einfach nachzufragen und die Tatsache dass weit und breit keine anderen Gäste zu sehen waren griff sie endlich zum Telefon. Es stellte sich heraus dass alle Zimmer bereits gereinigt waren und ich darauf den Schlüssel erhielt. Das ist Service vom Allerschlimmsten und passt nicht in ein Hotel. Nie wieder in dieses Hotel.

Belle région, personnel très agréable et sympathique. Très bon restaurant, plats excellents. Petit déjeuner parfait. Petit problème de douche vite règlé. Par contre les chf 15.- facturés pour le parking (non sécurisé) de 2 motos dans un tout petit coin (non prévu pour une voiture) est un peu "limite"! En comparaison à d'autres hôtels de même catégorie, le prix de la nuit est un peu élevé.
