"Un séjour en famille très agréable dans cette belle maison confortable, située à deux pas de tous les points stratégiques de La Cotinière. L’accueil assuré par la conciergerie Laurianne a été très chaleureux.Nous étions 8 adultes et 4 enfants, de 18 mois à 71 ans. Chacun a pu, grâce à cet emplacement exceptionnel, profiter de ce séjour d’une semaine à sa convenance.Les voitures n’ont pas quitté le parking hormis pour une visite à Saint Pierre. Les déplacements se sont fait à pied la plupart du temps ou à vélo.Merci à la famille ANTONIADIS-DUBOIS de proposer un endroit aussi privilégié à la location et de nous permettre ainsi d’en profiter."

"Très beau logement. Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous étions 14 dont 6 enfants. Le terrain très grand permet aux enfants de jouer et nous pouvions garer les voitures à part sans souci. Espaces et équipements pour manger permettent de choisir intérieur ou extérieur pour tout le monde. Pour ceux qui cherche du luxe (standing bling bling) passez votre chemin, ici c'est de l'authenticité tout ce qu'on a aimé."

"We received a great welcome by the staff who were very helpful and gave us all the information we required ( she had a wonderful gravelly voice). The staff member spoke clear slow french to make sure I understood ( but she also had very good English) the room was basic but had a sea view and air conditioning and toiletries so everything we needed. It is possible to swim across from the hotel ( we paddled) and a nice walk into the town centre/harbour Nice buffet breakfast the next morning and you could either sit inside or out on the terrace. The staff were lovely making it a nice relaxed stay , we would love to visit again"

"Great place to stay and very good value. We stayed with our dog who is very old and he was happy with the gardens and the proximity to the lovely harbour town. Cotiniere is easy walking distance with some nice restaurants and shops. The breakfast was good at €14.50 pp. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on. The swimming pool area was great. Very pleased. Photos are of the town. Online hotel photos are an accurate depiction."
