O staff da pousada foi muito atencioso. Uma obrigada especial para o Kai, que não mediu esforços para atender minhas necessidades. Eu precisei sair muito cedo da pousada durante minha estadia e o Kai muito gentilmente providenciou uma cesta de café da manhã maravilhosa, para que eu não perdesse esta refeição. O quarto é confortavel e limpo.

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia , nos sentimos em casa o quarto estava perfeitame limpo assim como as toalhas e lençóis. A pequena cozinha que faz parte do quarto atende perfeitamente as necessidades para o preparo das refeições,o café estava delicioso. E todos que nos atenderam foram muito agradáveis .

Chuveiros elétricos, ar condicionado não esquenta muito e as amenities são bem simples, assim como as toalhas de banho. Café da manhã é simples. Pousada bem bonita. Quarto com mau cheiro de urina. Inabitável.

Chegamos na pousada no dia 18/12 para chekin. Fora disponibilizado o quarto que estava com cheiro muito forte de urina. Solicitamos a troca, sendo apresentado um outro quarto com as mesmas condições. Tivemos que deixar o local por falta de higiene e mal cheiro em seguida. Assim, conforme solicitado via sac foi requerido o reembolso integral da reserva por inadequação.
