Great spot for regrouping after a long flight and facing the journey into Seoul. Easy to get to and find, clear instructions and comfortable for weary travellers. Reasonable price and plenty of options around for post long-haul flight survival. Easy to get to with the free airport shuttle.

Nice rest stop for long lay-over

Very convenient, just a short trip on the free shuttle outside of terminal 2. Host gave very good directions on how to get to and from hotel. Self check-in with door code sent via WhatsApp. Room was basic but nice and clean. I'd stay again.

Nice comfortable stay, we stayed for an overnight connection. My only complaint is that the water is extremely hot no matter where we put the handle. My kids had a difficult time showering before headed out. Overall, spacious room and comfortable bed, I got really great sleep.

Conveniently next to the airport so shuttle to and from is free. From there, you can catch the subway anywhere. 24 hr convenience store and laundry facility and a good amount of traditional eats nearby.

I ended not staying at this hotel (flight was delayed for too long) and I lost my non-refundable deposit. But from the very brief interaction I had with its staff, I can tell it has excellent customer service. They contacted me 4 different times (2x calls and 2x texts) with very details check-in procedures. Looks like a very good option to stay near airport.

My family and I stayed at the Sky Guestel because we had an early flight at the nearby airport. The room number and code to get into the room was emailed to us. We never saw anyone that worked there. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The only problem that we had was that the air conditioning unit was loud. Thanks.

I agree with all the other comments. Location and convenience make it a good option as an overnight hotel. You can’t beat the price. I expected cleanliness to not be great as per other comments. The beds are comfy and they were clean but the bathroom looked liked they pulled the last guests towels out only. Mirrors were pretty gross. We were booked in as 4 people but they left towels for 2 only. But as crazy as it sounds I would stay here again. Korean chicken on the next block was to die for delicious!

Pit stop for us landing late and taking another flight the next day to Jeju. There's a free bus service that stops outside the building and bus back to the international and domestic airport on the other side of the road too. Lady managing property was very nice and caring and had the heating on for us prior to our arrival.

This hotel is nearly impossible to find. The instructions given by the hotel were vague. They said which door to pick up the shuttle from, but not the shuttle route/name. We also weren't told the stop we needed. We were told to take a shuttle from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1, and then to get on a second shuttle to the hotel. Which stop? Which line? Your guess is as good as mine. I believe the airport shuttle 3 line will go straight from Terminal 2 to International Business Center, which is what I think the stop is. If you get lost, the Hyatt is a doable walk from the hotel (map said 9 minute walk, but we did it in about 6). I think we ended up on shuttle 4, which stopped at the Hyatt but not at International Business Center, even though it says it does stop there. I wish we'd gotten off at the Hyatt. Instead we went all the way to Terminal 1, realized we had no idea which bus to take next, then just took a cab back to the Hyatt and walked. The hotel was clean enough, but kind of dreary. Stay here if you need to be near the airport, but be sure to research how to get here ahead of time. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER or GRAND HYATT stops of the shuttle will get you there.
