"Jan & John were wonderful hosts. Communication was great; they were available for any questions or needs. The house was clean, lovely & had everything you’d need for your stay, including toiletries. The beds were on the softer side for us, but it’s a very individual thing. The master has a sleep number bed that helped. One thing to be aware of is that the windows, while they give a beautiful view, don’t have blinds on them. So you’ll be waking at the first sign of light, especially upstairs in the master suite! Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the outside given the weather but the views were beautiful. Would have loved to just sit outside with coffee and watch the water. Location was great—short drives to Bristol, Newport, etc. Neighborhood quiet. Thank you Jan & John for sharing your home!"

"The carriage house apartment was clean, private, and in a great location in Bristol. We had ample space in the living room/bedroom/kitchen area. The bathroom was a bit small and did not have good lighting, but was sufficient and not a deal breaker for staying there again. Cara was very communicative and helpful when we needed her."

"We had an excellent stay in Bristol, RI. The cottage was perfect for our needs. We slept very well after a long day of rugby at Beast of the East. The house was clean and well equipped. The communication from our hosts was top notch. We will stay again if we attend the tournament next year."

"This rental was perfect for us! It is in a great location in downtown Bristol: walking distance to the harbor, the bike path, shops, Colt State Park and restaurants. It was fully stocked, which was a nice treat since most rentals don't do that anymore. They even had backups of essentials, so we didn't have to replenish during our stay. Communication was easy, and the owners were attentive and made sure we were comfortable. If you are looking for a sweet spot in Bristol, this is it."

"We booked two days. The host was lovely, however when I saw the steep stairs to the bedrooms and the only bathroom on the first floor, for safety reasons we left. Anyone with any mobility issue should not stay here. We couldn’t tell where the bathroom was from the pictures, and I should have asked in retrospect"

"An absolute wonderful place to stay. Clean, close to everything, friendly. Had a 5 inch snow storm while we were there and they went out of their way to make sure snow was cleared ( told them they didnt have to)Also loaned us a car sweeper to remove the snow from overnight."
