"We enjoyed our stay at Danielle’s place. It was very spacious and clean … it was a bonus to have a tv in every room…. Our host had great communication skills and was very responsive. Great location? Great neighborhood, we actually had a quick meet with the host after we left and had to come back to grab something we forgot … she was very sweet and we’d def stay there again whenever we’re in Charlotte!!"

"Stayed here four nights while in town for a pastors conference. The property is located in a nice neighborhood and convenient to the town of Matthews. Everything was clean and comfortable. "

My friends and I felt very at home here because of the Gen X familiarity i.e. the books, the DVD's and the decor.it was also good to have the Google Nest Mini! The YouTube music was perfect for us. "The house was only partially clean on arrival. Sticky substances on the floor and countertop areas in the kitchen as well as dirty dishes in the cabinets and half-eaten chicken wings in the backyard. Body wash/shampoo dispensers mounted in the shower were empty. Debris on the rugs and carpet areas and no kitchen trash bags were available. Upon me asking, the host (Mike) did refund the 150 cleaning fee I paid and was very responsive when encountering the dirty unit. He also provided access to the storage closet to obtain access to some cleaning/housekeeping items needed (such as body wash/shampoo). "
