"The house was only partially clean on arrival. Sticky substances on the floor and countertop areas in the kitchen as well as dirty dishes in the cabinets and half-eaten chicken wings in the backyard. Body wash/shampoo dispensers mounted in the shower were empty. Debris on the rugs and carpet areas and no kitchen trash bags were available. Upon me asking, the host (Mike) did refund the 150 cleaning fee I paid and was very responsive when encountering the dirty unit. He also provided access to the storage closet to obtain access to some cleaning/housekeeping items needed (such as body wash/shampoo). "

"Perfect for our 11 nights in the Charlotte area. House is cozy with a private fenced in backyard, which was ideal for our dog! Beds were extremely comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. Host was very responsive."

"I had to clean the tub because it was full of slime and mold in every crevice. The room has not been mopped or swept ever, as far as I could see. Roaches everywhere! The place is truly gross and someone should do something about it. "
