"The staff was very friendly and helpful as always. This is our second stay at this hotel and this will definitely be our go to place to stay when we are in town! The owner is super friendly. We met him at the front desk the first time we stayed there. He was more than happy to tell us about great places to eat and visit while in town. We also saw him again while we were sitting by the pool. He was doing some work to the new lounge are they just added behind the pool. He stopped and spoke to us and asked if we were enjoying our stay and again was very friendly. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room was clean. The bedspread was a nice touch with the matching pillow sham. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach was very close. I walk slowly and I was able to get to the beach in 10 minutes probably 8. I will definitely book my next visit with Ocean View. THANKS GUYS."

2BR/2BA Colony By The Sea with ocean views, elevator & private balcony. Enjoy a king ensuite & twin guest room with TV's, full kitchen, washer/dryer, community pool, hottub, and direct beach access.

"Good location. Easy beach access. Clean. Kitchen/cooking tools well supplied with a regular coffee maker a Keurig. Two beach chairs on site with a few toys for kids. Good host communication."
