PETS:
We do allow guests to bring 2 dogs under 50 pounds. You must let us know upon booking that you will be bringing dogs. Pet rules are as follows:
- ONLY UP TO TWO DOGS ALLOWED. No cats or any other animals.
- $100 per dog fee ($100 will be included with booking, we will request an additional fee if you're bringing 2 dogs)
- No dogs on the furniture
- Dogs must be FULLY outdoor potty trained (no puppy pads or litter boxes)
- You must pick up waste in the yard ($250 fee if this is not followed)
- Dogs must be in a crate if you leave in the home alone during your stay
- Dogs must be on leash while walking outside (the yard is fenced)
- Guests recognize that they are responsible for any damages caused by their dog
- If we find that guests have violated any of these rules, you will incur a $500 fine and possibly eviction from the home.

Unauthorized Late Check Out Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out

Smoking in the home - $500.00 minimum charge and eviction from Rental Unit

Excessive Cleaning - Up to $150.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed

Damaged or Missing Items Varies depending on cost of item

Missing Keys - $50.00 minimum charge

Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred

Noise Complaints - potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

Party in Unit or Common Area (including backyard) - Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Indy Nest Properties

Maximum occupancy is 15 guests. A $50 charge per guest over the maximum number of guests will be incurred.
