The Space:
Our spacious studio apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Throughout your stay, enjoy access to the building's fitness center and working lounge.

Guest Access:
When staying at this property, you can enjoy the convenience of contactless check-in. We provide one free parking space in the attached parking garage.
The property also offers many amenities that you can use during your stay, such as cardio and strength fitness room and the work lounge.
Please note that these amenities are available at the property's discretion and refunds won't be given if amenities aren't available during your stay.

Nestled in one of the most sought after neighborhoods, Meridian Kessler, and just a few short blocks from the lively Broad Ripple Ave, where you’ll find a variety of local shops, restaurants and unique art. Jump on the Redline bus a few steps from the property for a short ride to Downtown Indy.

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
