6,700 sqft home. 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. 7 minutes away from Chatham Hills. Direct access to walking/running trail. Private/Gated neighborhood. Huge pool with pool house. Workout room with Peloton bike and Peloton Tread. Very kid friendly home. 3 Kid bedrooms (2 have loft beds and 1 has a pottery barn crib). Master King size bed. Extra bed in upstairs playroom. We have a main level playroom and also a basement play room. Ideal for a family with young kids.
