We love this place

Had a great stay here over the weekend. It is so clean and has everything that you need for a great stay. We love the quiet setting but it is not far to lots of shopping and food. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This is a great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful property, tree swing and all. Top notch amenities including lots of games for the kiddos. Wonderful beds for a good night of sleep away from home. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Mable’s farm for our daughter graduation from IWU. Mable’s farm is very nice well kept place. Lot of fun things for the kids to do also here. Close to Noblesville, Indiana were they have lots of thing to do and places to eat. We would definitely recommend this place to stay out.

Our stay was wonderful at your adorably decorated carriage house. We loved the quiet and the beautiful views. Thank you for communicating with us so well. Best Short Stay!

The property was perfect for our family including our 4 legged family member. We’re in town for the Carmel Christmas Market and to meet our son’s girlfriend parents. The location was perfect, and so was our stay. We are in the are often during the summer and will for sure look at staying again!

This is a beautiful property and the home is incredible!! It seems that Mindy has thought of it all to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Incredible views from the porch. Everything was very clean and extremely comfortable. I would 100% recommend to others!!

Girls Trip Outing

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little property. Just perfect for a mini girls trip. Close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment but yet a rural setting making it feel a bit secluded. Well stocked space and enough room for everyone to spread out. I'd highly recommend and we look forward to returning soon.

Rural, Restful and Cozy!

We enjoyed this above the garage apartment so much! It’s perfect for families. There are a ton of details that were considered for decor and comfort. Location was rural and restful but it is a drive to everything we ended up doing. Property would be gorgeous in the spring, summer and fall. Great owners.

Snuggly Stay

Cozy, little spot for a weekend stay. Lovely grounds for the kids to run around. Plenty of sleeping space for all of our 6 kids to spread out. Check in/out process was simple and Mindy was quickl to answer any questions we had.

Great for the Family

Mable's Farm was a peaceful and relaxing stay. It had everything we needed. Although, the space doesn't have a full kitchen there was a refrigerator, coffee pot and air fryer that was perfect for our stay. The outside space is great for kids to run around and the inside ping pong table a great distraction when the weather isn't perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Sledding with family and friends

This place was just what we needed! We played board games all night. The best thing was that we didn't have to worry about staying quite or disturbing anyone else. So much laughing and many memories made.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday with amazing friends. It was the perfect place for us to enjoy our weekend shopping, playing games and relaxing in the perfect setting. The house was beautiful and so very clean. Nice, clean guesthouse

Guesthouse was nice and clean. Owner was friendly and even allowed me to do laundry in her own basement! She was very accommodating and quick to respond. I will note that the bathroom is very small, and that was kind of difficult with a whole family of 6. Also, two of the rooms are connected with barn doors. That worked out fine for us, but it could be awkward under other circumstances. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table! We would consider staying again. Good, safe location. Overall, good stay!

Wonderful!

Mable’s property is beautiful. My kids loved running around the yard and playing. It feels rural but it is very close to stores and Indianapolis. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We used the fire pit one night & we enjoyed that. The hosts answered all of our questions quickly and were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Soccer tournament

The location was nice.. close to restaurants and 20 min from grand park. Only complaint was bathroom..VERY SMALL! We are thin people and barely could fit in shower.and no counter space. The bathroom was in back of living room so every sound that was made could be heard by everyone. For a place that sleeps 6; the bathroom was too small and would have been nice to have 1.5 bathrooms. Will not stay again bc of thebathroom.reason
