Indianapolis

Room was good for the pricing and they allow you to check in early for a fee-$30 ( got there at 6:30am. No stores to walk to, but room had fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Next to freeway for easy car access.

Door to the bathroom was loose, stairs going up to the second level had broken boards. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean. Lots of places to eat nearby and very easy to get to main attractions in the city. I would stay again.

Looks are deceiving

We were concerned when we pulled up to the front of the hotel because of the way it looked. But we were pleasantly surprised when we went in our room. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioner worked great with the temp being 92 degrees. Check in was also great.

Short notice trip but accommodated well.

For the price it was adequate. I grew up in the area and it’s always been there under different owners and it’s showing its age. The sink faucet needs to be looked at (hard to shave with a trickle) but the shower was good. I would stay here again.

Air conditioner was pretty noisy and stopped working randomly many times. The room was decently clean overall and the fridge worked fine. It was slightly difficult to find the turn in as there isn't really a sign. You get what you pay for, it was a cheap option for a stay.

I had an issue with the clerk checking us in upon arrival, I did address the issue upon check out, and the manager was great about it. This is an older hotel, that has not been redone and does need a lot of maintenance. We felt safe, so that’s not an issue, but there is a long list of repairs needed

The staff was kind and friendly, the room was neat and tidy, but the smell of old smoke in the room was so overwhelming that it nearly made me sick. I had to wake up and get out of the room as early as I possibly could.

The property is maintain for old as it is however few minor things could be better such as if tubs are peeling, guest advise of I, don't say that's to many complaints and walk away. It was actually a heads up to let you know because the issue can be addressed once guest leave. However besides that staff was decent and also endured no disturbances. I would return and stay here again.dxt day after

I wish they would put in their website it’s a $100 deposit wasn’t the best room in the world but it was quiet somewhat clean a few flaws for a successful small business/company they should probably should fix up the rooms the bed was ripped on the bottom they tried to cover it up the rug had a nasty smell to it the bathroom door in my room was broken on the bottom like I said wasn’t the best room in the world but it was pretty quiet uhh I didn’t really get any room service (housekeeper) the staff or the owners were pretty nice but overall I would suggest it if you are on a tight budget like me otherwise idk get a hotel

The room was fine; they had the ac running in the room before we checked in so that was nice since it was 100* the day we traveled. Given it was a Saturday the hotel/parking lot was busy. Overall; enjoyed our stay here. It was very convenient to be near food and shopping.
