Designed with families and groups in mind, the home also features a fun-filled game room, TVs in every bedroom, and multiple indoor/outdoor living areas.
Note: Guests will have exclusive access to the main house, pool, and hot tub via a private entrance. A separate ADU with its own entrance is located on the property but is not included in the rental.

👥 Guest count must match reservation (security cameras on site)
💵 Violations = $1,000 fine + cancellation
❄️ Main house A/C must remain at or above 70°F (to prevent freezing). Bonus suite includes portable A/C units.
🔥 Hot tub heating: $60/day (must be turned off after reaching temp)
🏡 Pool heating is not available
