"The property was great but I was traveling and it took me over 45 minutes to check in the communication between Expedia and the hotel was not adequate. It took forever. I was tired and cranky. Once we got checked in everything was fine but it took a long time the hotel did not have our reservation."

"It is a continental breakfast, but you can make pancakes with the pancake machine. It is cereal, coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, and pancakes as I said. The place needs a little refurbishing, but don’t we all so that’s not a big deal."

"The resort itself was beautiful. The issue was we had to go with another host at the same property. I booked this one bedroom with Christian May 20, 2025 for a stay at the end of April 2026 for stagecoach. I even confirmed again 10 day before our reservation that they were ready for us. And then the cancelled 7 days out. Said an issue with the unit owner being unresponsive. So had my money for almost one year and then we had to find a new booking on our own. Totally unacceptable. "
