"the door to our room 1518 was severely stuck, went down to the desk after check in, we thought it was locked, were told it was okay so we tried again, literally had to kick the door open, it's already showing damage along the inside, I assume to to the recent repaint and refresh they did. a real shame, we have loved this hotel but the new color refresh brought in a lot of dull gray, and less of the teal blues. a real shame they dulled it down after only 23 years. "

"Bed was comfortable, hotel was pretty quiet. Hotel lobby smelled like weed but I didn’t mind that, so if you’re not 420 friendly the smell might bother you. Location was great! "

"Check in was very easy, staff was friendly. Room was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Everything from the carpet, bathroom, furniture, and bed. The bed was very comfortable, almost too comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and a great variety of items to choose from. Location was excellent with everything within walking distance. Parking garage is very secure. I would definitely stay again!"

"Mac registered us & he was amazing. Our room was much smaller than we anticipated. We booked a Deluxe King bed room & it was not a full king size bed at best it was queen plus. The bathroom was elegant but the smallest bathroom I have ever had at a hotel. The common areas of the hotel are beautiful. The hotel is extremely well located to restaurants & cultural & sporting events"
