"It is an older building. We found the a/c to be lacking. We actually had to asked to be moved to a different room as the first one was not cooling at all. They tried to move us to a different room that was immediately cool when you walked in but was not cleaned for a new guest so was sent to a third room. A little cooler then the first but still seemed to not have a/c working correctly. I would not want to be in either room in July when it is really hot. The breakfast food was not monitored so two out of the five days we stayed there was very little food to choose from. The elevator is a half size and at maximum three people can fit in it with no luggage. The laundry and ice on the third floor was out of order as also a second elevator for guests. The underground garage is very low, anything taller then a minivan will not fit in it and there is very few street level spots, sharp turns to get into the spots. It was budget friendly, the staff was very nice."

"Everything was well appointed, not too much wrong (other than the random piece of shredded cheese) with the room itself. Problem was (Room 2077) a rhythmic buzzing from somewhere else on the property that would turn on for 5 seconds, then off for 10...non stop, the entirety of the night. A garage door, which i assume was for a neighboring property, also sounded like it was in the room with us. So loud starting at 530 am on as people arrived for work. Property was good, just the room that i was given, not so much."

"Travelers BEWARE! This hotel is located directly next to a very loud and very active train line as well as a new build for the Ritz Carlton Hotel. The windows are not adequate to cut down on the noise, and it will likely result in a terrible night of sleep. Upon arrival we were warming greeted at the valet and told that we could download their app to pay for valet or pay at the front desk. I was told that I would not be required to download an app or create a profile to do either one. We paid for our valet at the front desk and I requested a receipt to show the valet desk to pickup our car since we were not given a stub. Upon arrival at the valet we were promptly told that we could not have our car back unless we provided a code that required me to download an app and create a profile that also required that i input my credit card number. I once again showed that we had paid, this was brushed off, I invited the valet to walk upstairs and speak with the front desk agent who had instructed us to present the receipt. The valet loudly said "it's too early in the morning for this" stalked upstairs and then proceeded to bring our car around. Upon arrivals he was abrupt, rude, and essentially tossed my keys to me and walked off."
