"Beds were very comfortable and it was in a good location. The hotel is a little outdated. Rooms could use remodeling and the couch in our room needs to be replaced because it was dirty and no one wanted to sit on it. Staff was very friendly and we got vouchers for a free alcoholic drink which we did take advantage of. The indoor pool is just split between the outdoor pool, which made the water really cold since it was cold the night we stayed. Would I stay here again? Probably not for the price they charge. It was a little pricey for the condition that hotel is in. "

"The Staff and manager at the time were great, with the exception of one desk clerk ! I had arrived an hour early and asked about the possibilty of an eary check in. She said she would look into it, when i asked again 30 minutes later she said her radio was off the whole time ! No apology and more negative attitude. Otherwise the young man that was manager was outstanding !"

"Everything was great other than the customer service. Our first room had a dead breaker for the fridge and microwave. I let the lady running the front know about it and she said she would let maintenance know about it. Wake up to leave for the day and speak to the gentlemen who is on shift, he informs me maintenance wouldn’t be back for a few days and the lady should’ve known that and moved our room. He went ahead and changed our room and apologized profusely since we had already settled into the room. Next problem was the juice machine was left neglected, overflowing drip tray, empty orange juice, empty apple juice, etc. Breakfast was lacking, many people turned right back around to their rooms due to the lacking ability to refill sausage and potatoes. "
