Very nice hotel, great customer service, well kept, clean rooms and convenient location to all cities in the valley.

It is rather isolated in a new area, but that made it quiet. Breakfast was excellent

Great location, hot tub, and pool. Room was large, clean, memory foam bed, and clean bathroom. Shower was clean and good pressure. Towels were rough and bathroom amenities were basic. Easy parking and check-in. No free coffee, but nice coffee machine w/decent prices made per order in the lobby by 7am and nice snacks/soft drinks/cans of ocffee to buy.

Perfect for my Wife and I on our anniversary get away. The mineral waters leave your sign soft and amazing! the room was twice the size of a Hotel room and the Tuscan Italian decor detail throughout the property is to the tee. We would recommend this resort!

I love the Hotel so much everybody friendly and very clean and good Location the manager was wonderful all of them. The people either work they are very friendly.

It was clean, breakfast was included which was great, staff was nice. Easy parking. We would return. AC worked great in 100 degree weather. There was a mini keurig stocked with k cups. Option to log into your streaming services was a nice plus.

We love this place. Didn't want to leave. Love that it actually feels like a resort (unlike other hotels that say they're resorts) without having to pay resort fees like other hotels charge. Will definitely book this location every time we are in Palm Springs. Room was perfect size, full kitchen with everything we would need, living room, nice size bedroom AND super nice balcony that was real close to the main pool. Extremely satisfied. Will recommend this place to friends and family as well.

Wonderful property! The staff were so kind and helpful with everything. Everything was very clean as well! One bonus was you didn’t need a silly WiFi password to figure out! Loved that!

We enjoyed our stay at Vista Mirage. The property is conveniently located near downtown and the 2 bedroom condo, with full kitchen and living room served us well. The property is a bit outdated and a few upgrades overall would be nice. The gym is not very enticing, but the pools and jacuzzi are great and our condo was located right next to the big pool and we also had grills right out the door. This is an excellent mountain lodge hotel. It's within easy walking distance of the trail around Lake Arrowhead. We could see the lake from our room. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent and included great children's options. I was there with a party that included 2 children. We were easily able to stay in one of the chalets, which had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a couch that folded out into a bed for the kids. The area around the hotel is gorgeous.
