"We were greeted by a kind gentleman upon arrival. Our room was very clean and well appointed with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The electric fireplace was a nice touch! Our beds were comfy. The location is central to all Big Bear has to offer. Overall our stay was excellent. We can hardly wait to visit again."

"Beautiful property at a great price! Our two bedroom unit was beautiful. We had a lovely view of the pool and the lake. The location was perfect...in the Village and close to the lake. Kind and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back!"

"Very happy! Rooms were clean, air conditioners worked great, very safe parking lot and rooms (though no safe available) and service in the room was excellent! The bed cover may have had stains but we put that to the side and everything was super clean and location was close enough to all we wanted. No frills but amazing value!!!"
