Nice hotel but didn't like how small the shower was. Perhaps some rooms have bigger showers than others but ours was like a cruise ship. The breakfast was great and everyone was very friendly. The location was also great!

This hotel has great location and very friendly staff. It's in the city's pedestrian only area which is part of old town. But public parking is only two-minute walking. We had no problem with parking at all. This hotel is convenient to many major attractions and shops/restaurants. Truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

I was able to adjust the room for the last night to a 2 person so a friend could join me. The facility is amazing and so is the staff and location. A 10 minute walk to the train station but the hotel is in the best part of old town.

My wife and I who were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary stayed here and had a fabulous time. The welcome we got at reception was so warm and friendly, matched by the service we got at breakfast. The hotel is in the perfect location in the old town and within a short walk to the train station, cable car and local bars and restaurants. The hotel is of a high standard and the breakfast is recommended. To top it all off, it was an easy pick up and 10 minute ride to the airport. I would definitely stay here again

Construction made finding the entrance harder. In pedestrian zone so need to wheel bags a bit, but very convenient for seeing the old town and funicular train and cable car to top of Innsbruck. Rooms huge and very comfortable. Like themes with historic people who stayed there in the past.
