Location: 5 min walk to old town so very convenient. Easy paid parking across the street from the hotel. Hotel: Nice breakfast included. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Room: Had a large one bedroom suite that wa spacious and had everything needed for a short or long stay.

The hotel is in the center of the old town, which made walking around to tourist sites VERY easy. The ambiance was of old Tyrol. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, but not included so a bit pricey

Clean room, very comfortable and a decent size for a European city hotel. Wonderful, delicious breakfast and perfect location for walking around city. Parking is around the block in a paid garage for 16 E per night, so that kind of stinks if you have a car. Also, hotel ac units shut off in September and it was very warm and stuffy in the room since it was 22c / 75f degrees & opening the windows was very noisy and bugs were still flying in.

Excellent place to stay in Innsbruck. The staff are wonderful, the bar and breakfast area are great. The rooftop patio has amazing views of the mountains in all directions. Very close to the old city and a short walk from the train station.

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms but all the Tirol charm. The view from the hotel’s rooftop is breathtaking and the location is very practical, close to the historical city senter but practical to park in the adjacent parking garage. We will definitely stay again at this hotel next time we visit Innsbruck.

Excellent hotel, we all slept brilliantly, perhaps due to the quality of beds and curtains. It felt very Austrian, with quirky features everywhere. We especially loved the ‘popcorn room’. The service room with laundry facilities and vending machines was a nice touch. Our only regret was not having breakfast there. It looked fantastic.

We had stayed at this lovely old hotel in Innsbruck many years ago and it used then to have a very nice restaurant serving Tyrolean fare but Covid appears to have put paid to all that, unfortunately. We were welcomed by a young lady in a traditional-style pink silk dress and a charming smile. The room looked out onto the Canisianum where I had stayed for five years in the 1980s whilst studying theology with the Jesuits and obtaining my master’s degree. The buffet breakfast was excellent and gave us the energy for a long walk around town and back along the Inn river offering us several opportunities to take photos. For us, travelling by train, the location is perfectly situated being no more than a ten-minute walk from the railway station with good connections to South Tyrol. We enjoyed walking through the old town at night taking several photos of the tastefully illuminated monuments. All in all, a memorable, and, for me, emotional visit to a beautiful place, that used to be my home.

I had a wonderful 6 nights here. My room was clean, spacious and modern. The hotel itself was peaceful with a beautiful ambience, and a very easy walk into old town. Great breakfast buffet, everything you need to fuel for a big day! They had amenities such self-service laundry, extra towels, ice, wine glasses etc available to grab yourself when needed. Thank you to the lovely ladies working at the reception during my stay, they were always smiling, very helpful and accommodating when I needed. Wish I had a few more nights here, highly recommend! 😊

Hotel brings excellent experience of a vintage property well kept and maintained the history of the hotel in a great way. Right in middle of Innsbruck from where you can take buses to go to other places or walk to near by attractions. Breakfast was such we never had in a while, with so many varieties to choose from. Hotel’s ambience is something to remember forever due to its history. If we visit again we will stay here ..
