"The host was very communicative. House was great. Everything stocked. Neat, clean. Comfy beds and nice bed linens. Definitely a transitioning neighborhood with lots of flipped houses and more in the works. Some neighboring houses in disrepair but we had no issues. The location is great and makes it easy to get around in no time. "

"Everything was amazing! Location was fantastic, couldn’t have asked for more for amenities for our little one and family. Only reason we are giving 4 stars is due to a carpenter bee issue at the entrance and back and only patio. —they did spray and seemed to do what they could while we were there, but it didn’t seem to help and they never went away on warm sunny days so we weren’t able to use the outside deck which would have been amazing (there were always 10-12 bees swarming around). We didn’t see as many bees around other properties so aren’t sure why there were so many here, so not sure if it wasn’t kept up with spraying how it should have or what. But they were super responsive and accommodating with it for what they could do, just wish we could have used the deck coming from chicago and cold weather. "

"We enjoyed our stay in Chattanooga at The Loft! The space had everything we needed, and everything was very clean. Justin was attentive and helpful. The Loft was centrally located for all of our activities, and we would definitely return if we were to visit again!"

"The host was amazing at communicating anything I had a question. The only things we ran into was the air conditioning cut off for a while and we were cooking so it got uncomfortable for a good bit and there was no baking pan. I recommended this property to anyone. We will probably stay again if we are in that area. "

"Plenty of room! Loved the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was nice and large. A couple of things - plastic plates/cups to use outside and more trash bags. "

"The house was pretty, hot tub was nice. The only problem we had was with the air. They have it locked so you cant change the temperature. I reached out to them on the night we checked in and asked them to please turn the ac on as the house was hot. They turned it off completely and never turned the ac on. It was so hot in the house on Saturday. That isnt acceptable. "
