Excellent apartment hotel with full kitchen. The location it’s next to the train. The staff members are amazing and have many things to eat at the bar. I would definitely stay here next time I visit Interlaken

Pretty nice hotel. Right by the train station which was convenient. Rooms were small but comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff were welcoming and provided a packed breakfast for us as we were heading out early in the day.

Convenience to the train station was paramount. Made our sight seeing easy and painless. Room view was very nice. Bed comfortable, but pillows were no great, bed cover was either too hot or cold and didn't stay on the bed well.

Our apartment was large and clean and looked exactly as pictured online. We were visiting during a major heat wave so no air conditioning was pretty rough. The hotel does provide portable fans but they did not work very well so we had to keep windows open which allowed noise and knats at night. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed the location which was basically on the train platform. Very convenient.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with many major tourist attractions within a short train ride. It is conveniently located next to the train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so findings a good meal is not a problem. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The breakfast offered a good selection of food with plenty of choices. The only downside was that there was no AC. It was difficult to get a good rest on a hot day.

I like there shower, you will appreciate after whole day outside hiking or roaming. Nice and new property. Very good breakfast Right on the Interlaken west railway station. You will arrive at OST station then You have to change the train from OST station to go to west station for this. If you don’t want to change the train then look for something nearby OST station.

Great location for the train station, you are literally on it and easy for arrivals and departures. Rooms were clean and comfortable, not too noisy seeing you are on the platforms. However, no fridge in the room and the staff are not very attentive or wanting to help. We had maybe 1 or 2 that were nice however majority of them did not seem to want to be there. I would return again to this hotel, however don’t expect overly friendly service or anything to be explained. They will answer your questions and that’s all, lucky that was all we really needed. But for the price point you would expect a little more from them.

Very spacious, modern and clean. It feels like an apartment rather than a hotel. Two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen with stove, fridge and dishwasher. Location is perfect as the property is connected to the Interlaken West station; and the bus to Interlaken East station is two minutes walk; and so is the ferry terminal to Spiez and Thun. No AC.
