Very conveniently located, especially being so close to the train station. Don’t let the smaller lobby and elevator scare you. The rooms are quite spacious, even by american standards. I had just stayed in a 4-star hotel in Germany before staying here and the rooms were much cleaner here.

Very good hotel with good options breakfast included in price. Its location is very convenient. Just a few steps to train station, boat dock and bus stops. Within walking distance to shops, cafe & restaurants. Amenities are adequate, just wish they provided larger mugs or paper cups for tea. Staff are very helpful and friendly. You can hear noises from the street and the station if you open your balcony door. But it is absolutely quiet when you have the door closed at night. The comfortable beds provide us very good night sleep. Highly recommended.

Great location, right across the street from one of the main train stations in town. Right on the main street, so it was close to restaurants and a large park in town. Clean, comfortable room. Helpful hotel staff. Great stay!

Just opposite to the Interlaken west train station and close to all other amenities. We booked superior quadruple room with mountain View. The Jungfraujoch view from the balcony was amazing. Very good selection of breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very convenient to transportation, the staff are super helpful and the daily breakfast is very good with lots of choices. The hotel is a little dated and linens and mattress need improvement. Other that I would recommend this hotel when in interlaken.

Rooms were extremely clean and comfy. Front desk staff was really nice welcoming and helpful. They provided us good information about surrondings. Breakfast was fresh and feeling. Very warm welcome from the staff. Detailed and clear information provided at check-in. Clean room with mini fridge, water heater, and coffee/tea supplies. The cleanliness and comfort are a win! Easy in easy out. Great area to stay in. Reception coffee is good! Only issue is that the pillows are hard. Its a sweet hotel.
