Good location both from Interlaken west and Ost. Receptionist was very kind and suggested great local restaurants, which I tried and felt really satisfied with. For property, a bit scared with stairs at night due to no light. Besides, heard noises and talks from a room adjacent to my room.

Very nice little hotel in the heart of Interlaken. Very warm welcome, room was clean, warm and very well maintained. Coffee machine available in the room. Despite being in the centre of the town there wasn’t much noise from the street, or from other guests as previous reviews have stated. The room was serviced each day to a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The lady at the reception was very friendly, gave lots of suggestions for activities as well as food in the area and transportation. Right above a Mexican restaurant with a fun bar, for some reason was surrounded by Indian restaurants, but was within easy walking distance of a handful of local dining spots. Balcony was nice, and room matched the cities vibes. A small town so everything was within walking distance and staff was very nice.

Conveniently located nice staff. Room was very small (double room) and the private bath was a toilet / shower combo with a frosted glass door. Was staying with my adult daughter, so that was a little odd. It was a bit hard to carry our suitcases up the stairs with no elevator but we managed. The Mexican restaurant was always busy and smelled amazing! I wish we had the opportunity to eat there. Budget friendly and good place to stay if you just need a spot to sleep and shower. Would stay there again.
