It us bad hotel, advertise falsely , it had bad order in picture shows that there are nice restaurant in front. Do not recommend to anyone, advertised free breakfast. There was no free breakfast. Don't recommend to anyone. I will be asking Expedia for money back.
Habitación sin aire acondicionado. Cortinas rotas y paños algo desgastados. No obstante muy buena localización para moverse en la ciudad Muchos restaurante alrededor

Room, bathroom & balcony were nice & lift was convenient as we were on the top floor. The staff were useful & TV was small with loads of channels.
Duvets were great but mattresses were old & sunken in middle. Needs replacing l!
No breakfast.
Bus stop convient for both West & Ost (East) stations.
Air conditioning was noisy & probably needs servicing but cooled the room down when required.
On arrival found that the kettle had been used to poach eggs & remnants of egg white had to be washed out before we could have a cuppa. Not happy about that.
Could do with a better supply of teabags, sugar & perhaps cartons of milk would be better & advantage to improve room.
Shower was big but Shower head only produced a narrow flow. Again old & could do with replacing the shower head.
Not much communication with front desk only to sign in initially but offered a 10% discount for Chinese restaurant next door. (Lucky Lucky)
Overall it was adequate for our basic needs.
Perfect location near Tower Bridge. Room is big and spacious and staff was good. Only problem was we had to ask for housekeeping for clean towels and toilet tissues

You’re getting an EPIC location and view (depending on the room) at a fraction of the cost of the near 5-stars. So don’t pick this one expecting luxury. It is a rather tired-looking hotel, but the rooms/linens were clean and freshly updated regularly. You can literally walk out the back door onto the main Central Park where you’ll see paragliders sailing overhead all day. You’re just steps away from the river walk as well. This is the ideal location for anyone running the Jungfrau Marathon because you’re right at the start - skip the PortaPotty line and go back to your room!
The room itself was charming and what I would expect from a European hotel not in a large city. However, the room was not well cleaned, the linens were not replaced during our stay. The hallway was not vacuumed during our four day stay. Dirty dishes in a lounge outside of our room were not picked up for days.
No A/C, dirty hotel, dirty room, not great service. Stay somewhere else.

This hotel was within walking distance from the train station called Interlaken West. It is in an area with multiple restaurants, tourist shops, and a small grocery store (called coop) where we got drinks and snacks several times, including items for our breakfast. The hotel overall was clean, and our room was very clean. It was not luxurious, but it was fine.
We were there at the end of July, and the weather was hot and humid. Our room did not have air conditioning. The room had 2 portable fans in it. There was a large window and a door to a small balcony, so we could open the window and door to let some air come in. However, on the ground level there were restaurants with outdoor seating, and when we wanted to go to sleep at 10:00 or 11:00 in the evening, the noise from people at the outdoor restaurant seating was very annoying if we (on third floor) had the window or door open. So, the choices were to put up with the noise of people talking and clanking dishes (it was surprisingly loud) or close up the window and balcony door and have a hot room. In cooler weather, this would not be a problem.
I don't even know where to start; this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life!
To put things in perspective, I stayed for two nights at a cost of about 380 euros each. From the moment we were assigned our room—located right behind the reception desk—it was a disaster: there was no air conditioning (despite temperatures of 36–38°C), and the room shared a wall with the kitchen, so there was a constant smell of food. On top of that, the bathroom reeked of dampness. The beds were a nightmare; the mattresses were poor quality, and the wooden bed frames creaked every time you moved. (By the way, we never understood why there were huge, bulky blankets taking up space, as if it were minus 5 degrees outside.) When I asked to switch to a room with air conditioning, they wanted to charge me an extra 100 euros.
Worst of all, on the second day, no one came in to clean the bathroom; when we returned in the evening, we didn't even have clean towels. To top off the experience at this terrible hotel, because the room was right next to reception, we could hear an angry woman shouting at the receptionist during the second night. Since the office was right next door, the staff member kept coming in and out, slamming a door that made it impossible for my 4-year-old daughter to get any rest.
We were a family of 5 traveling together. We had a room of 3 and a room or 2, right next to each other, each with a bathroom. The hotel is dated, but the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. The rooms had fans to circulate air, but you need to leave the windows open in the summer time. Centrally located, rooms right over restaurants and in the heart of everything happening. Good for getting around, but the World Cup was on and Switzerland was playing, the entire town was cheering while we were trying to sleep. Not the hotels issue, just happenstance and it would've been great if we had just gone down to watch the game with them. Breakfast not offered, that's ok too. They had parking for us in the back. Pay attention to how the GPS takes you there... it's a little deceiving. You really want to approach the hotel from the back entrance, not the front where everyone is walking. Loved our stay in Switzerland.
This facility is not hotel, it should be rated as a motel or youthstel. It is a fraud to ask $550 per night in this facility. Expedia needs to investigate the posting and retake the facility. This is the worst experience with Expedia website information.
