" I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Langham, Shenzhen! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured everything throughout my stay was seamless and comfortable. The location is also fantastic, with a great variety of food options around the center — so many choices within easy reach, which made dining out convenient and exciting. Overall, a truly 5-star experience. Exceptional service, amazing hospitality, and a location that makes everything easy. I would definitely stay here again!"

" The front desk service was excellent. The staff kindly provided a small cake upon learning it was our birthday, which was a very thoughtful gesture. However, the sound insulation in the room could be improved. We could clearly hear doors opening and closing loudly in neighboring rooms, as well as people passing by the door. The breakfast selection was less varied than expected, with a heavy emphasis on bread and pastry items. That said, guests who enjoy baked goods would likely be satisfied. The dining area itself was very pleasant and comfortable. Overall, we appreciated the attentive service and comfortable dining environment, though there is room for improvement regarding room noise isolation and breakfast variety. Thank you for the stay."

"Had a wonderful 3-week stay at Artisse Place with my daughter. The location is ideal—right next to the Q-Plex and surrounded by great restaurants. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and access to Fusion Gym was a great bonus. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommend!"
