"This hotel is hard to locate, you have to enter where a Starbucks is and it is across the hall, my only issue with my stay here was finding it. Anna and Mia at the desk were fantastic. The hotel has water, coffee and tea. Beds and baths are very nice. The hotel is on a street that is walkable with subway stations withing a few mins. Absolutely would stay here again."

"I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent — convenient and close to everything I needed. But the highlight of my stay was the incredible help from Ella. Thanks to her, I was able to retrieve my phone that I’d accidentally left in a taxi. She went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for her kindness and quick action. Thank you, Ella, for turning a stressful moment into a relief. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return someday."
