Les consignes relatives à notre séjour nous ont été données clairement .. le soir nous avons pu profiter d’un délicieux repas tout fait maison avec des spécialités de la région ( couteaux, moules ) nous félicitons le chef à ce propos pour ces moments gourmands . "Room was alright, but got eaten alive by mosquitos overnight which wasn’t great, and when I walked over for dinner and a drink the bar / restaurant was all shut up. It wasn’t late. Place is just on the highway so unless you fancy a walk to the neighbouring hotel (15mins) or another drive you wont find any alternatives for food / drink. "

"Ein sehr gut im Badeort Balaruc gelegenes Hotel mit Besonderheiten. Speziell hervorzuheben sind das außerordentlich freundliche Personal, der exzellente Spa-Bereich und der Innenpool. Sehr schön! Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch der Bedarf an glutenfreiem Brot wird gestillt. Die Zimmer sind klein, sauber und gut gepflegt. Empfehlenswert!"

"The property is even more gorgeous thank in the photos. We finished off our trip to France with 2 nights at Les Nuits Pétillantes before heading to Montpellier. Guillaume and his family have created a beautiful environment for relaxation. They have GREAT design taste - functionality & style. Our room was so impeccably clean, peaceful, and beautiful.
