The property was easy to find, staff friendly and helpful and was in a great location. Supermarket just across the road. We had a kitchen so we opted to eat in. Grabbed a roast chook and assorted salads from the supermarket (known as Woollies in AUS). Very comfortable. Walked to the CBD. Would highly recommend ASURE.

OK for one night

I had a large suite, which was warm and light. Very quiet too, considering it's on the main road. The bed and pillows were really firm, so I didn't sleep too well. Unfortunately reception seemed a little unimpressed with everything and wasn't the most cheerful. Might have caught her on a bad day. Good location, near all the other motels, relatively short walk to town and just across the road from Countdown.

I have traveled many places and used many hotels over the years. Among them, it was ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd among the truly memorable places. In particular, what is comparable to other places is that the owner runs everything himself, of course, with well-trained staff, he is friendly, clean, etc., and does a thorough job of welcoming customers. The convenient thing about staying here was that everything a traveler needed was nearby. I had a very comfortable rest as the city center, numerous parks, Gulf, and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk. Although it was a small hotel, I was impressed by the owner's hard work and dedication to customer care. I pray for your success. Thank you all.

Just spent 10 nights at this property. Its location is great, and the on-site parking is good. There is a good guest laundry which you pay a small charge for to use the washer and dryer. The two-bedroom Unit we had was a good size, with a King bed in the master. However I found the heating in the Unit to be inadequate, the very small fridge didn't seal properly, the beds were quite firm (maybe a topper could be an option available). Nowhere to store clothes only hanging space. In the bathroom there was no door on the separate toilet. The shower had a lid on it so got quite steamy and there was no vanity to store anything just a sink and vanity top. Our kitchen was very small but not sure what other Units would be like.

Chemical smell in room

Have stayed here before, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. This time the carpet and room had a very strong chemical smell which was very overpowering and made the stay very unpleasant.
