Reserve $1.1m) This idyllic, sanctuary is only 400 mt to the beach. Contemporary open plan living, quality beds, modern bathrooms, new fully provisioned kitchen. Free WI-FI, linen, towels and toiletries etc provided. Gorgeous, outdoor seating on plant filled decks ideal for coffee/drinks or cosy up by the wood fire. True dog friendly-rustic fully fence courtyard, save on kennel fees and bring your dog at no extra charge. Easy drive to Wilson’s Prom, Philip Island, Cowes

The space
There are a few steps from the carport up to the large front deck (which has a table and chairs for outdoor dining) and the front door. Once inside, the house is all on one level. The kitchen, dining and living are open plan. There are two bedrooms one with en-suite, both look out on to either the front or back deck. The rear deck is accessed from the kitchen, via a large utility room that has a washer, dryer and laundry tub. A full bathroom and separate toilet are also off this room and there is a dog door suitable for a small to medium size dog. The rear deck has a large dining table and chairs, it is mostly undercover. A few steps down lead in to the courtyard which is fully fenced.

Guest access
Guest have the entire home plus two decks and a courtyard. There is a two car carport, there is no other parking on the property.

Other things to note
Our focus is to provide a comfortable and delightful place to stay with all the amenities you would expect in a private home. Our beach house is in a quiet leafy street yet only a short walk to the beach. It is a two minute drive into Inverloch village for coffee, pizza, quality restaurants and lovely home ware and clothing boutiques, fishing and surfing gear shops plus supermarket, chemist, newsagent etc. if you fancy exploring our beautiful area via bicycle do contact our friends at Inverloch bike hire Danny and Mieka.

Anne is very welcoming and easy to approach with any questions. The garden is amazing with a front and back verandahs to sit and enjoy the sun. The accomodation is well appointed with amazing book and jigsaw collections. Great modern kitchen and laundry facilities and you will stay very warm on cold days and nights. We were able to have our dogs who could be well contained in the back garden and front verandahs and be safe. We really enjoyed the space, the amazing leafy and flowering garden and quirky decorations. Thank you, we will be back! I'll pull more weeds next time.

The Perfect Autumn Holiday

Anne’s peaceful property surpassed our expectations at every level. Our family instantly felt comfortable upon arrival to our carefully chosen pet friendly home. The check-in instructions were clear and every detail thereafter accounted for, from a convenient doggy door to a set fireplace for our first night, we couldn’t have asked for more. Anne was helpful, responsive and courteous and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Everything you want in short stay accommodation!

The house is exactly as described, extremely comfortable in a lovely rustic setting. It has everything that is required, along with 2 spacious bedrooms, one with ensuite, full cooking facilities, tea/coffee, basic pantry items, barbecue and full laundry facilities. Gaining access initially was simple and the property was spotless throughout.Located about 1.5km from the town centre, made it an easy drive or a very pleasant walk via the beach only 300 mts away. Next time we come to Inverloch, we would plan to stay here again.

Four dreamy days and a dog.

That was about as perfect a home as anyone travelling anywhere, especially to a beach town, could possibly wish for or dream of. Utterly perfect. Everything imaginable and plenty more at every turn, in every cupboard, in every drawer. Plush and comfy beds. Luxurious bathrooms (specially the showers). Vast laundry area with beautiful appliances. Decking front and rear a sheer joy to use, in an exquisite private treed garden setting. And the street's just delicious, and only a few blocks from the township and the beach. You'll be thrilled at every aspect of this gorgeous property, starting from the moment you turn into the street and spy the wonderful welcoming (huge!) street number directing you home. Bliss. And the host, Anne, could not have been more helpful, googling madly on our behalf to solve the connection issue with the DVD player we'd brought with us and the fabulous television set. Impossible to fault. Five stars. Make that six! And it's dog friendly too! There is a god!

Beautiful location, peaceful home

This property was just what we were looking for, something peaceful and surrounded by nature. The bird life and peaceful setting allowed us to unwind after a long week of work.It was an ideal place for us, our kids and dogs (the doggie door was well used and very welcome for the dogs).Anne was extremely welcoming and helpful - thank you for a wonderful weekend away.

Sh, sh, it’s a surprise

This home is an absolute delight a wonderful surprise one out of the box. Beautifully presented, excellent ‘facilities’ plenty of crockery & utensils, towels, bed linen all lovely to use. Very generous supplies of soaps, moisturises etc.Definitely safe for dogs. Would highly recommend.

A gem of a retreat

A wonderfully calm retreat set in a gorgeous garden, this gem was the highlight of our trip. Anne was a terrifically responsive and welcoming host and we enjoyed exploring Inverloch and its environs. The house is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully set up, and the enclosed decks and garden space are truly dog- friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Inverloch getaway

Great location, comfortable accommodation. Close to town and beach. Quiet and relaxing. Perfect dog friendly place for bringing your pet. They can they be inside with you and are also secure outside in a fully fenced area. This is our second time here and will be our go to place.

A relaxing pet friendly home away from home

An immaculate place that felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. It was spacious and had everything that we required for a comfortable stay for 2 couples and 2 dogs. Both decks provided several outdoor spaces to enjoy, and were safe and secure for the dogs. It was a delight to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful gardens and quiet neighbourhood. Anne was a warm and friendly host and very responsive. Looking forward to visiting again.

Beautiful, peaceful stay

Beautiful cosy home has everything we needed for a five night break with my husband and teenage son. Loved the decks and garden, great space outside to spend time and enjoy the garden and birds. Breakfast on the back deck and evenings by the fire were my favourite. Check in was easy and we were offered a late check out. Close to town and beaches. All round great place for a peaceful stay. Would love to stay again in the future.

Equilibrium

This sanctuary is a perfect balance of tranquil botanic gardens and beautiful quiet except for the swishing of the majestic gums and the overzealous song of the native birds. You're so close to the beach and exceptional food is available in town or a 15-minute scenic drive to Wonthaggi. The Host is outstanding and caring but not overbearing. The little thoughtful touches like Milk to have coffee, chocolate and a clean house are so welcoming. I thoroughly appreciate the effort and will be returning as soon as possible. Lisa

Lovely accommodation in a lovely place

Communication with the owner was great. Very friendly and considerate. The property is modern and cozy, well equipped (inside and out), in a lovely area and a nice walk to the beach and town centre. This was great for us and our dog.
