Relax or Work - The house is setup to relax in. However for those that need to work there's an office area complete with Office Chair & Electric Sit-Stand desk

NOTE: Backyard is fully enclosed for Kids & Dogs.

This 3 bedroom house is beautifully decorated & can sleep up to nine guests.

There are 2 open living areas tastefully furnished with big comfortable couches to relax on, both areas feature flat screen TV's connected to Netflix, Prime & Kayo with the larger TV being 65" to watch your favourite sports or movies.

The 2 living areas allow the kids to sit in one area while the adults spend time in the other. For the kids & adults alike there's board games & books to entertain.

The larger living area has a wood fire heater which is perfect on those cold winter days & ceiling fan. The second area has an open plan combined living, dining and kitchen area with R/C air conditioner/heater.

For those who want to relax in comfort, Bedroom 1 has a king bed, large flat screen tv with Netflix & Kayo with attached ensuite.

There is an undercover outdoor entertainment area complete with a BBQ, table & seating for 8.

Located ONLY 500 metres (6 min walk) from the Inlet beach, there's a direct path & cut through at the back of the caravan park. The house is the perfect base for you, family & friends, where the dog is welcome too!

Close by are many attractions for the family to visit - Phillip Island Penguins, search for old Dinosaur fossils, explore many different beaches & inlets that you can swim or surf at, wineries & cideries, Phillip Island is only a short 1/2 drive away, Wilsons Prometory as well as the many close by towns for the foodies.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living.

With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time.

Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
