Nice property, communication needs to be better

We arrived at the property and were given an code to access the building, however the code did not work. Thankfully some kind folks let us in the building. Once in the unit we discovered dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a dirty towel in the bathtub and sheets in the washer. I communicated with the property owner via vrbo message board. I suggest using the cell numbers, later found in the binder, as communicating via vrbo the response time was not quick. In the information package it stated there was a fob to get into the pool area, however no fob was found. We later discovered, after some kind folks let us into the pool, that the code for gaining access into the building will also let you into the pool. We did end up getting the correct code into the building. But if there were not the kind folks to let into the building and pool. Get the property manager's cell number prior to accessing the unit so you can ensure quicker communication than via VRBO messaging.

Perfect base for a relaxing trip

My friend and I enjoyed our time in the Invermere area and were happy with our accommodation. We had everything we needed and were comfortable. It's located close to good hikes and both nearby hotsprings. We walked to and from restaurants in town. It was nice to be there during the quieter shoulder season.

Perfect for spring break with the kids!

The location was great, condo clean and roomy and had all the supplies we needed in the kitchen, laundry and bath areas. The pool table was a hit with the kids too. Communication with owner was prompt. Highly recommend.

Golf trip

We stayed at the condo in September for a golf trip. The condo was as advertised, close to all the best golf courses with the longest drive being Panorama which was still under 30mins, which would make it a suitable location for a ski trip. Condo was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities required for a 5 night stay, highly recommended.

Excellent place for holiday

We were very impressed by our unit & the facility as a whole. 2 minute walk to the beach, & got lots of use of the pool & hot tubs. Great spot for a family summer vacation for people of any age (our family group of 7 were all adults). The suite was outfitted with everything you would ever need- plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Beach items, LOTS of towels, games, 2 TV’s, & a POOL TABLE! A very quiet location, lots of parking and close to restaurants too. Would definitely return & recommend to anyone who wants a clean, quiet, well outfitted suite!

Weekend Away

The suite was good. It was clean. There were a couple of things that were 100%. The pillows on the leather couch were sort of broken. Very uncomfortable. We also had a group Knick on our door. They were planning to show the suite to a realtor who was with them but we said we were renting it for the weekend and we didn’t want them to come in.

August Long!!!

Property was lovely!! Everything we needed was there. Right by the beach, a nice pool but on the smaller side and near lots of amenities. Would definitely stay here again. 😊

Condo with pool

The pool was the best part of the stay as it was clean and not too busy, the children loved it! The beach was a walk away, but rocky so you need to wear water shoes. The condo was clean, but tight for three adults and five children, but appreciate we were able to stay!

First time using VRBO

Nice but very disappointed that there was to be a hot tub and pool available as neither were up and running. We were looking for a nice hot tub after hiking. As far as communication the manager I did not receive a response when asking if there was a regular coffee pot or Keurig available so took both kinds of coffee, did not need to purchase pods for a Keurig.

Family ski trip

5/5 excellent The condo was great…ideal location for accessing the shuttle to Panorama. The host were friendly and ready to help if called upon. The hot tub was great to soak in after a day of skiing.

Christmas Vacation

This property was just what we needed for our big family vacation. It accommodated 3 adults and 5 children/teens perfectly and we didn’t even feel on top of each other. There was some small things about the property that as a bit of an inconvenience (propane tank was empty when we tried to bbq and the manager that told me to email him never responded). That being said I had quick responses by the other property manager when I messaged through the app and they were going to adjust the cost of our rental if we wanted to get the propane tank filled at the gas station (we opted not too). The property itself seems way bigger than the pictures show. The little side room with the bunks was perfect for the kids and had a room divider for some privacy. The kitchen was well appointed but we did bring a roaster and another big pot to make a big Christmas dinner. The living room had a pull out sofa bed which was actually really comfortable! There was ample seating for everyone in the living room and dining area. We even brought a small Christmas tree with us and set it up and still had tons of space. Overall we are extremely satisfied with this accommodation and would LOVE to stay here again!!
