"Terrible customer service. Extremely overpriced. Mediocre offerings. Air conditioning is 4ft away from the bed and is unbearably loud. Breakfast buffet was pathetic and unappetizing, and priced well above average. I will never stay at executive plaza again."

"Love this hotel. It's our go to place in Vancouver. Rooms are nice and modern. We have a few repairs needed with the batroom door. They have a large tub in the suites but no real hotwater to enjoy it. The water was lukewarm each time we stay there. If you're offerings a tub like that , please let us take a warm bath. The staff are extremely friendly... except for one lady at the front desk. The concierge is extremely helpful and your goto guy for activities, or restaurants. Overall I love this...
