Great location!

Location was great, clean, only thing is that our room was on the third floor, the hot water took several minutes to warm up and the pressure was difficult to shower with.

Attractive renovation of an old inn. 3rd floor walkup was inconvenient. Windows didn't open. On site breakfast cafe was very good.

The third-floor Bracy Room is too small for the price—no table, chair, desk or wastebasket. Also, no water in the cold tap at the basin (the shower was fine). The bed was comfortable. As expected, the floorboards in an old house are creaky.

The staff were very helpful as I am somewhat handicapped and needed assistance with our luggage. Ipswich is a very interesting historic town and the cafe at the Inn served excellent food.

Interesting history and lovely spaces.Bed was spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was a bit noisy.Would prefer to be able to open windows. Cafe food was excellent and stalff were very accomadating and efficient. Did wonder about the unattended entrances, open to anyone.

The room and private bath in the Jordan room was very clean and cozy. The door code check in system worked perfectly. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Also, the attached cafe had amazing staff and the coffee and breakfast was top notch.

No sink in the bathroom to brush your teeth. ROKU tv cable sucks. Noisy room air conditioner. Third floor room with NO elevator. Tough for older people. But, an excellent old building and breakfast shop.
