The property is very historic and it has a lot of charm. It has a great atmosphere. It was nice to talk to John at the bar and other guests. So friendly."

"Rosdarrig House is a beautifully maintained residence. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Our hostess and her helper were very accommodating. The only drawback was the evenings were very chilly so I couldn't sit outside in the garden to watch the sunsets. That's no fault of our hostess."

"I found this property to be very conveniently located. And all of the staff are exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. The one thing I would say is to be aware that electricity and power at this location are not as updated as other hotels on the east side of Ireland and to be prepared and feel comfortable to ask questions as I did. From check-in to check out every question I had was answered far beyond what I needed to know and I greatly appreciated all the help."

"Place looks amazing from the outside and you don't get dissapointed when u step in. Only two or three things that need improving 1. The toilet doesn't have enough flushing power, sometimes you will need to flush twice 2. The shower enclosure could be bigger. 3. The door to the room rattles at times. Most likely due to another room to be opened. Apart from the above, the service given by the owners were great and I will recommend coming to this place as its also very close to the town."

"In the Lodge we had a good view of the lough from our room and the common area lounge. Lovely grounds. We sat outside on the terrace when the sun shone. The breakfast choice is superb with buffet and chef selection, and more. We weren't so impressed with the evening food served in the bar lounge. Overall it's a great experience."
