"The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Although the road in is a bit of a challenge, we did not mond, we liked the somewhat remote location. It keeps the place low key and relaxing. The beach is beautiful, we did not even mind that it was too rough to swim. The restaurant has a great view and the food was great. It will be a go to place of we return to Panama."

"The property is well located next to all the tour boats, restaurants, nightclubs, and so on. However, being in the center of town also comes with all the associated drawbacks: noise, traffic, congestion, poor upkeep, etc."

"Ataraxia is a peaceful and beautiful place hidden between jungle and sea. Saw plenty of wild life both on land and at sea. The food was delicious and the owners and staff always teady to go the extra mile to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Would come back a hundred times if i could. For.the price difference treat yourself to an ocean view cabin, they are fantastic."
