In the Heart of Isle of Palms, our Sea Cabin Villa is just steps away from the sand and private pool. The fishing pier is for Sea Cabin guests only, along with private beach access paths. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath Villa is fully furnished beach decor, sleeps 4, and provides 6-Star hospitality with plush bath and bed linens included. Fully-stocked and equipped kitchen opens to living room and covered balcony. Open the doors and listen to the ocean! Spend the day enjoying the beach and pool or make the short drive to Historic Downtown Charleston. Nearby Mount Pleasant and Sullivan's Island offer shopping and restaurants, as well as historic sites to see like Fort Moultrie, Patriots Point USS Yorktown and the amazing Ravenel cable suspension bridge you can walk across. You may decide not to leave the Island at all - only a very short walk to shopping, restaurants and live entertainment year round. We love the Isle of Palms and all that it has to offer, and so will you!

The property was exactly as described. I loved the view of the water, beach front access, pier, walking to restaurants and entertainment! The entire property has been there since the 80’s, but has a beach bungalow feel and it was what we needed. Donna was attentive and helpful. The listing was missing the unit number and I never received the welcome package, but Donna was available!

Great location! Walking distance to the main area in Isle of Palms and just a short ride into Charleston. Love how the condo has its own boardwalk as well! The only limit was how low the air conditioner can go, but condo was still comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was exactly as advertised. No issues at all. It was the perfect size for my two kids and I. We loved being able to ride our bikes to lunch and dinner. The pool and private pier really make the place feel extra special. We will be staying here again.

The unit was in a lovely location. Although the unit was small, it met our needs. It was very clean and well-decorated. The beach was a short walk away. We had a lovely NY weekend at IOP. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. Isle of Palms is a great place to visit. Thanks!!

Perfect beach condo

The best location we could even think about asking for! Walking distance to great restaurants, very close to HT and of course…oceanfront. We were at the beach in about 2 minutes everyday. There was a pool on site that was relaxing as well. And with a private parking lot, you could take the short drive into Charleston and not worry about losing a parking spot. We will be back here, for sure!

Comfortable, clean and convenient

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and altho the villas appeared to be fully booked there was ample parking. The villas beach was a very short walk, clean and although fairly busy it was not loud or noisy. The villa was well appointed, clean and comfy. Even tho there were folks above and beside us it was very quiet- we didn’t hear anything. Great location with very short walk to restaurants, pizza and ice cream.

The condo was super clean. The only issue was the toilet sounded like a jackhammer every time we flushed. Pretty annoying I must say! Bring your own coffee pods.
