Great place and location. The pool and hot tub were put to good use. Plenty of rooms to prepare for a wedding and everything you would need in the kitchen to make a big breakfast! Rooftop deck was perfect for grabbing photos of the area.

What an amazing house! Fantastic view from the rooftop deck, the pool was a bonus and the location was perfect. The host answered every question I had prior to our visit and was very gracious and kind. Hopefully it will be available on our next trip to IOP!

Great location to beach. 5 minute walk at max. Great pool area and rooftop deck. The house is old with great character. My only complaint is one bathroom needs an update of bathtub / shower and shelving to put items. The other bathroom is great and modern.

Perfect getaway!

The Bungalow was the perfect getaway! Even though it was March and the weather was a little cool, we still enjoyed the beach, walks in the neighborhood, visited downtown Charleston, and shopped in Sullivans Island. The owner was wonderful and helpful to make our stay enjoyable.

Fun beach house

We had a great time for my bachelorette at this VRBO! Perfect location with a short walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to amazing restaurants and coffee. The private pool, rooftop, and hot tub was so nice! Host was very responsive. One thing to note, pool maintenance does come on Saturdays which I was not aware of.

Family spring break

Our family of 10 had a fantastic spring break on this property. The pool and deck were amazing and you are just a short walk to the beach. The house is older but everything was clean and organized. Pool was fantastic and the deck was amazing to use for views. The hot tub wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but John took care of the issues quickly and was always there to respond. We had a great trip, would stay again

first vacation in five years

the property was fantastic....close enough to walk to the beach and fun enough to relax throught out our stay....the only down side was that the front door sometimes would not unlock and the if you have light colored hair be ready for it to be lovely shayed of greenish blue....however that happens with pool water and blonde hair.....other than that would diffently stay again

Great house in an excellent location

The description of the house was spot on and we had a great time at the house with no difficulties or concerns at all. Neighborhood was very quiet and the beach was closer than expected. The owner was very responsive and we would happily stay here again if we travel back to the Charleston area.

We had a wonderful time at the beach. Owner is very responsive to any needs that we had. Beach is close and the pool was wonderful. Only advice to future renters is to realize this is a beach house that is older. We had a great stay and loved the location.

Perfect for a young family and dogs! Beach is super close by and the house had loads of toys and beach items so we didn’t need to bring anything. Host was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Would happily stay here again.

Great house not too far from the beach. The pool, hot tub and roof top deck made the outdoors our favorite place to be! The inside was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed! We had a great stay!

Funky cozy beach cottage 1 block from beach. Had everything we needed including nice touch amenities like extra poop bags for dogs and plenty of shampoo, hand soap, dish detergent for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable as well.

Fall Break Vacation

We came from NE Tennessee for a quick fall break trip and could not have been happier! The kiddos loved the pool area. Home is in a very convenient location. Roof top deck is a major plus! We had our pups with us and they enjoyed their stay as well. Beach is very dog friendly! Everyone in the neighborhood was very and nice. Would highly recommend!

Lovely house in great location!

We had a great time! It was six of us and our dog and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is unique but in a great way with lots of amenities and character. We loved the location - easy beach access and fast trip to Charleston. John was very kind and easy to deal with. Would stay again!!!
