Taking the staircase to the second floor of the home, you'll find the other three bedrooms. The first of these rooms on this second floor is the primary suite (Bedroom #3), which features a king bed, small sitting are with TV and fireplace, and an impressive master bathroom with dual vanity, glass shower, and soaking tub. Also on this floor is a bedroom with two queen beds (Bedroom #4), which has a private bathroom with standing shower, and the final bedroom (Bedroom #5) is a perfect kids room. It has a bunk bed and daybed (totaling 3 twin-sized beds), a TV, and access to the hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area September - November During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.
