This thoughtfully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa provides a comfortable and relaxing home base just steps from the beach, pool, golf, and dining—ideal for a memorable Isle of Palms getaway.

The open floor plan creates a bright, welcoming living space featuring stylish modern furnishings, a newer, larger smart TV, and a dining area with seating for four. The custom-built chaise sectional includes a memory-foam full pullout bed, making it easy to accommodate additional guests. A coffee table with convenient pullout drawers holds a selection of games for relaxed evenings in. Sliding glass doors open to a private balcony overlooking mature live oak trees and lush resort landscaping—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a beach day.

The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Recent additions to the already well-stocked kitchen include new cookware, making meal prep a breeze whether you're cooking a full dinner or just beach snacks.

The serene primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a smart TV, and a private en-suite bath. The second bedroom offers both a full and twin bed and easy access to a shared bathroom. For added comfort, sound machines are available in select rooms, allowing guests to personalize their sleep environment. The villa also features updated washer and dryer, a new entry door, and an upgraded mesh WiFi 7 system to keep everyone connected.
